The DMG Solar team (led by Carl) arrived on time, and there were lots on the team which gave us assurance that every aspect of the installation would be looked after and done well, which it certainly was! From removal of the old PV system to installing the new one (9.7kW) to the 50kWH battery, I felt and could see that everything was carried very professional, like clockwork, or as they say "a well-oiled machine" (apologies to Carl & team if this sounds offensive, but I'm sure they're tough enough to take it). The battery installation was so neat, all you can see is three stacks of the battery modules (one stack was battery + inverter) and two neatly labelled conduits running between the three stacks. They arrived 7:00AM and were done by 1:30PM, after I happily signed off all the necessary check boxes. Happy happy. 6 stars. ~ Michael T

We recently had our battery installed by Carl and his team and I highly highly recommend their services. They did an amazing job in installing our solar battery. They were punctual, incredibly professional and polite and also very patient with my dad's requests and changes. The whole process was very smooth and seamless. Everything was clearly explained clearly and we even received a follow up message after the installation to contact them if we ever need any help. That was a really nice touch. DMG Solar (Jaxon’s team) recently installed a 24kW/h SigEnergy battery and gateway with full home backup at my property. As an electrician myself, I was impressed by the quality of the workmanship carried out by the boys. Super neat install with all cables run within the cavity space. Quoting process was also great. DMG were the only company to visit my property as part of the quotation process. I had sought six quotes in total. Nice work Leon. DMG weren’t the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for & paying a little extra for good customer service and high quality tradecraft are values aligned to my own. Big shoutout to Noraine and Paige for getting all the application and scheduling sorted as well. I can recommend DMG Solar & will likely use them again when I add a third PV string to this existing battery installation in the not too distant future. ~ Scotty

Decided to give them a call to discuss a major battery / panel installation and WOW, what a fantastic company to deal with, from the first phone call to site examination to installation, every step was professionally handled and everyone was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to discuss any questions I had. It has been one week since we’ve had our batteries installed by DMG and based on our experience, I would thoroughly recommend them. The sales team was responsive and knowledgeable, and the quote very competitive. The installation team was professional, polite and was happy to answer any questions I had. Process from start to finish was professional and stress-free. Ken wasn't your typical pushy-type salesman, he gave me the time to do my own research and workout what I preferred. He was very helpful with the all the questions I asked him before purchasing. We ended up getting a Sigenergy 10kWh inverter, 24kW battery and 21 Jinko solar panels with full blackout protection. Booking in my installation was stress-free and easy with the administration team. Hearing some places installation times pushing out months ahead, they were able to book me within 3 weeks of the purchase date. Carl and his team did a phenomenonal job with the installation, looks very tidy and were very efficient especially being a particularly hot day. Any issues that came up during the installation they consulted me and asked me how I wanted to go ahead, I greatly appreciated their input and the options they provided. Carl and his team at DMG Solar and Electrical recently installed our solar system with battery storage.
